DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 09/26/2020 Longmont Police responded to a business in the 00 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. in reference to a disturbance between an adult male
and adult female. Police collected the available information and a report was taken.

PROTECTION ORDER

On September 26, 2020, Longmont Police took a report of a restraining order violation in the 1200 block of Monarch Dr. An adult female was
spoken to and a report taken.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On Wednesday, July 8th, 2020, at around 2255 hours, Longmont Police investigated a suicidal party in the 3800 block of Columbia Dr. A
Juvenile female was placed on an emergency mental health hold. Nothing criminal at this time.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On 9/5/2020 Longmont PD responded to a belated hit and run accident on the 1700 block of Emery St. Information was obtained and a summons
was issued.

BURGLARY

On September 23, 2020 the Longmont Police Department investigated a Criminal Mischief in the 300 block of Main St.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 09/25/2020, Longmont officers responded to the 2100 blk of North Shore Dr. reference a first degree criminal trespass of a vehicle.

CHILD

On 9/25/2020 Officers reponded to the 1400 block of Red Mountain Drive on report of a disturbance. An adult female was contacted and arrested
on child abuse charges.

WELFARE CHECK

On Friday September 25, 2020 Longmont officers responded to the 500 block of Collyer St on a child call. There was no crime.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Friday, September 25, 2020, officers responded to an injury crash in the intersection of E Ken Pratt Blvd and Zlaten Dr. On arrival officers
discovered 5 vehicles were involved. Parties in two of the vehicles died at the scene. Multiple other people involved were transported to local
hospitals with various injuries. The case in open.

ASSAULT

On 9/25/20, officers responded to the 600 block of Gooseberry Dr on the report of a disturbance. An adult female was contacted and placed into
custody. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On September 25, 2020 at approximately 2213 hours, Officers resonded to the 300 block of Kimbark St in reference to a domestic violence call
for service. A 36 year old male alledgedly stuck a 34 year old female. Case open.

THEFT

On 9/26/20, officers contacted 2 juvenile males in the 1200 block of Hover St after curfew. They admitted to taking items from King Soopers
without paying. They were cited and released to parents.

ASSAULT

On Saturday September 26, 2020, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched for disturbance between to males in the 1700 block of Main St. A
male was later arrested.

AUTO THEFT

On 9/26/20, officers responded to the 1700 block of Emery St on the report of an attempted auto theft. There are no suspects at this time.

AUTO THEFT

On 9/26/20, officers took a report of a stolen motorcycle from the 700 block of Emery St. There are no suspects at this time.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Saturday, September 26, 2020, a Longmont Officer responded to the 1300 block area of Dogwood Lane on the report of a criminal trespass.
There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

Veterinary technicians at a veterinary clinic is Longmont were bitten by a cat.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont male was bitten by a loose dog. The dog was quarantined at home.

DISTURBANCE

On September 26, 2020 around 1430 hrs, Longmont Police responded to the 1800 block of 18th Ave. on report of a disturbance. A juvenile
female was taken into custody for a mental health hold.

CHILD

On Saturday, September 26, 2020 at about 1644 hours, Officer with the Longmont Police Department was dispatched a name and number
regarding a child abuse. This case is under investigation.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday September 26th, 2020, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 2900 block of Mcintosh Dr. to assist Boulder Police Department
with serving an arrest warrant. A 45 year old male was taken into custody. Cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On September 26, 2020 arount 1700 hrs, Longmont Police responded to the 1000 block of Corey St. on report of a theft. A report was taken.
