CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A resident on Sept. 29 reported a theft in the 3800 block of Florentine Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

BURGLARY 

A resident on Sept. 29 reported a burglary and theft in the 3000 block of Nelson Road. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

FRAUD 

A resident on Sept. 29 reported a theft in the 1400 block of Elmhurst Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

SHOPLIFT 

An employee on Sept. 29 reported shoplifting at a business in the 1600 block of Hover Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT 

On Sept. 28 police responded to the 1400 block of Paramount Place in reference to a suicide attempt. A 38-year-old man was taken into protective custody on a mental health hold.

SEX ASSAULT 

On Sept. 29 officers responded to a report of a sexual assault in the 200 block of Main Street. A 40-year-old woman is suspected of sexual exploitation of a child. This case is open.

WARRANT ARREST 

On Sept. 29 officers were dispatched to the area of the 1500 block of Mountain View Avenue to contact a man with multiple arrest warrants. The man was taken into custody.

HARASSMENT 

On Sept. 29 officers took a report of a possible protection order violation. The case is open.

THEFT 

On Sept. 29 a report was taken in reference to an attempted theft that occurred in the 900 block of South Hover Street. The suspect is unknown.

ASSAULT 

On Sept. 29 officers investigated an assault in the 1000 block of Hover Street. After investigation, a man has been identified as a suspect and charges are pending. Case will remain open.

CHILD 

On Sept. 28 officers took a report of child abuse in the 1000 Townley Circle. 

DISTURBANCE 

On Sept. 29 an officer was dispatched to a disturbance that had just occurred in the 1200 block of Boston Avenue. The case is open.

TRESPASS 

On Sept. 29 an officer responded to the 800 block of South Sherman Street in reference to trespassing. A man was issued a summons. The case was cleared.

AUTO THEFT 

On Sept. 29 at about 0906 hours, police took a report of two vehicles stolen from the parking lot in the 600 block of Peck Drive. The vehicles were recovered in Thornton prior to this report being made.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On Sept. 29 a report was taken in reference to criminal mischief that occurred in the 800 block of Zachary Court. The suspects are unknown.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

A resident on Sept. 29 reported damage to his vehicle in the 2400 block of Sherman Street. There are no investigative leads.

HARASSMENT 

On Sept. 29 at 1100 hours, an officer responded to the 1400 block of Burlington Drive on a report of harassment. The case is open and has been referred to detectives.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 29 police investigated domestic violence-related harassment. This case is open.

DUI 

On Sept. 29 at about 1550 hours, police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Mount Sneffels Street on a report of a possible DUI. Upon arrival, officers located the vehicle and arrested a man for DUI. He was booked and released on a summons to court.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 29 at approximately 1605 hours, officers took a report of telephone harassment that occurred in the 1400 block of Coffman Street.

IDENTITY THEFT 

On Sept. 29 officers took a report of identity theft in the 1000 block of Third Avenue. This case is open pending further investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 29 at approximately 1845 hours, officers responded to a domestic violence incident in the 200 block of Kimbark Street.
