Theft

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at 5:40am, Longmont Police investigated a bicycle theft in the 300 block of Coffman Street, Longmont. The case was closed pending suspect information.

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 1200 block of Main St. between 05/12/17-05/13/17. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 1700 block of Main St. The case is under investigation.

On Monday, May 15, 2017 officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 700 block of Delaware Dr on reports of found property. An investigation revealed that a theft had occurred. Case closed lack of suspect information.

On Tuesday, May, 16, 2017, at approximately 11:13pm, Longmont Police took a theft report in the 1500 block of Main Street. The case is closed.

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at approximately 5:20pm, officers contacted a male victim regarding the theft of his disc golf disc. The victim received a text message from a male living in the 1600 block of Red Mountain Drive advising that he had a disc golf disc belonging to the victim. The male told the victim that the "two week rule" applied and he would not be returning the disc. The male was advised that he would be facing theft charges if the disc was not returned. The disc was returned. The case is closed.

Welfare Check

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a possible protection order violation in the 2100 block of Miller Dr. The suspect had been taken into custody by the Boulder County Sheriff's Office and was later charged with the protection order violation in Longmont.

Protection Order

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, Officers responded to a restraining order violation in the 1600 block of Hilltop Dr. An adult male was taken into custody, the case is cleared by arrest.

Shoplift

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 1200 block of Main St. on Tuesday, May, 16, 2017. The case is closed as suspect is unknown.

Assault

On Monday, May 15, 2017, officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd for a disturbance. A juvenile female was arrested for assault in the third degree. Case cleared by arrest.

Animal Complaint

On Tuesday, May, 16, 2017, a woman was bitten by her own cat. The cat will be quarantined at its home and the woman was treated and released at LUH.

Domestic Incident

On Tuesday, May, 16, 2017, officers responded to a domestic related disturbance in the 800 block of Grandview Meadows Drive. No offense was determined to have occurred. The matter is closed.

Warrant Arrest

On Tuesday, May, 16, 2017, at about 11:49pm, Longmont Police were checking the Izaak Walton Park when they contacted an adult male for park curfew violation. The male ran from officers and a perimeter was set up. The male was located, arrested, and had an arrest warrant. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail.

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, the Longmont Police Department was dispatched an a verbal disturbance in the 2200 block of Main St. An adult male was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant out of Adams County and was arrested.

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at 4:56pm, Longmont Police stopped a vehicle for expired license plates. A 40 year old male passenger was arrested without incident on four outstanding felony arrest warrants. This case is cleared by arrest.

Medical Longmont PD Law

On May 14, 2017, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 4000 block of Redmond Dr on a trespass. An adult male was found unconscious in an unrelated vehicle. Male was transported to Longmont United Hospital. Case is closed.

Burglary

On Wednesday May 17, 2017, officer's responded to the 1500 block of Twin Sister's Dr, in Longmont Colorado, for the report of a cold burglary. This case is closed.

Auto Theft

An employee at a Longmont auto dealership in the 100 block of South Main Street reported the theft of a black, 2000 Honda Accord from the sales lot. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

FDC/Crime Trespassing

A Longmont resident in the 1400 block of Hover Street reported an unknown person illegally entered her unlocked vehicle while the vehicle was parked in her apartment building's parking lot and stole her wallet and its contents. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

Criminal Mischief

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, a report was taken reference a criminal mischief which occurred in the 1800 block of Hover St. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

Other Agency Assist

The Longmont Police Department Cyber Crimes Unit assisted the Boulder County Sheriff's Office with an investigation. All inquiries need to be directed to the Boulder County Sheriff's Office.

Sex Assault

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, Officers responded to a report of a sexual assault in the 1800 block of Main St. A report was taken and is forwarded to detectives for follow up. The case is open.

Indecent Exposure

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, the Longmont Police Department investigated an Indecent Exposure that occurred in the 100 block of St. Clair Ave. This case is open pending the identification of the suspect.

Vicious Dog

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, the Longmont Police Department was called regarding an aggressive dog in the 1500 block of S. Vivian St. The owner of the dog was given a quarantine notice and the case will be forwarded to animal control for follow up.

Disturbance

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, officers placed a juvenile male in a Mental Health Hold from an address in the 1300 block of Cedarwood Dr. Case is Closed.
