The Longmont Leader is excited to announce that is it searching for freelance writers. We are ready to grow our news coverage and we need your help.
If you live in the Boulder County area, preferably in Longmont, and have at least 1-5 years of writing experience, preference to those who have experience in the news industry, this might be a fit for you. The job requires that you are willing and able to travel to Longmont on a regular basis to attend local events.
While we are looking for several freelance writers to help grow our content, we are specifically looking for a sports writer. This person will need to be able to attend local sporting events and write comprehensive, unbiased coverage.
