The city of Longmont announced that the Longmont Ecosystem Management team, Longmont Public Safety and Ute Creek Golf Course will conduct a prescribed burn between Oct. 21 and Nov. 1.
The burn is dependent on the weather.
The area to be burned is in the Ute Creek Golf Course water delivery system from Pace Street and Highway 66.
The area will be monitored during the burn.
