The location of this issue is the SE corner of 75th St and Nelson Road. The name of this development site is West Grange and will consist of 96 single-family homes built by Markel homes. The site will include detached single-family homes, duplexes, town homes, and condo lofts, as well as pocket parks and walking paths. Home construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2018 with a planned completion sometime in 2018.
