Investigation into Animal Cruelty Incident

Commerce City police are investigating the case after a witness saw Rambo being thrown from a moving car at 7:45 p.m. on November 23.

The incident occurred near East 64th Avenue and Monaco Street.

A good Samaritan saw the act and immediately called police, trying to help Rambo as he struggled after hitting the ground.

Despite efforts to save him, Rambo’s injuries were too severe.

His spine was broken, leaving him unable to move and suffering in pain.

Sadly, Rambo was euthanized to end his suffering, a heartbreaking end to his 12 years with the Ordonez family.

Family Devastated by Loss of Beloved Pet

Rambo was a loyal companion to the Ordonez family, having been with them since he was a puppy.

His loss has left the family devastated, as he was an important part of their daily lives.

The family is now focused on seeking justice for their beloved dog and finding closure.

The Ordonez family is mourning the loss of Rambo but is determined to find the person responsible.

They hope the community can help identify the person responsible for this cruel act and bring them to justice.

Suspects Could Face Felony Animal Cruelty Charges

Police are investigating the case as felony aggravated animal cruelty.

The person or people responsible for throwing Rambo out of the car could face serious charges.

The police are committed to finding the suspect and holding them accountable for their actions.

Investigators are working with limited information, as the key witness was too traumatized to provide a full vehicle description.

While some surveillance footage captured part of the incident, it wasn’t enough to identify the vehicle involved.

Police are hoping the public will come forward with any helpful information.
