Teresa Ann Trotter went home to be with the Lord on December 29th, 2020.
Teresa was born in Fort Bragg, NC on August 25th, 1957 to Leroy Arendell and Patricia (Patton) Parham. She spent most of her childhood moving all over the country, as her dad served in the United States Army. In 1971, Teresa moved with her family to Longmont, Colorado from Colorado Springs and attended Longmont High School, graduating in 1975. She attended the Longmont Church of the Nazarene through high school and many years later became a member.
Teresa did a great many things in her life but the greatest accomplishment was blending a family of 8 (6 teenaged kids) when she married Joel Trotter in 1992. She worked feverishly, with just enough spunk, humor and tenacity to create a family among us. Whatever Teresa took on to do, she did it with her fun-loving people skills. Whether she was taking your picture at Sears Portrait Studio or making you a donut at Winchell’s, she did it well and enjoyed it.
Teresa is preceded in death by her parents and her Joel. She is survived by children, Robyn Smith (Brian), Mitchell Trotter, Craig Lord (Gabby), Nathan Trotter (Shin Jeung), Laura Giles (Jason) and Robert Julich (Amanda); grandchildren, Taya, Hallie, Audrey, Addie, Jack, Austin, Ella, Eli, Zach, Jake, Lianna, Beth, Kaidance, Shaun and Ellie. Teresa is also survived by her “Fella” Don LeForge and her two sisters, Linda Meintzer and Debbie Andrew; and many many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and all that got to call her friend.
