July 29, 1935 - October 16, 2021

Shirley Adamson Burow Gloor of Loveland, Colorado, was born in 1935; Franklin D. Roosevelt was president, gas cost 10-19 cents a gallon, and one of Shirley’s favorite singers was born, Julie Andrews. Shirley left her earthly home October 17, 2021, looking forward to seeing her blessed Savior and the ones who have preceded her in death, including a precious six-year-old red headed daughter, Cindy.

Shirley married Donald Burow in 1954 and to this union were born four daughters: Sherry Birchwell, Jody Crider, Cindy Burow, and Dawn Joy Crossman. Additionally, Shirley has two wonderful sons-in-law (Craig and Mark) and three generations of grandchildren.

Shirley met and married Reinie Gloor in 1997 and upon marriage was blessed with 4 additional children and grandchildren to love.

Her passions and interests were many but her top eight were: God and her church, her family and friends, home, music, crafts, and sharing her gifts of cooking and baking.

Shirley will be missed and wanted others to know, “I’m going home!”

Services will be held on Friday, October 22nd at 2pm at Faith Church in Loveland. A memorial has been established to benefit Women in the Word and Faith EPC Choir. Please make checks payable to the church and earmarked with desired ministry.

“Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his faithful servants.” Psalm 116:15
