In Houston, TX, she was involved with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Houston Farm and Ranch Club, and Toastmasters. In Broomfield, CO, Judy continued her involvement with the local Parks & Recreation department and served on their Advisory Committee. Judy continued with Toastmasters, and she became the District Governor for the 2001-2002 term. After she retired, she joined Spellbinders and enjoyed being a storyteller for elementary school classrooms and senior living facilities around the Denver North Suburban area.

Judy was such a caring and beautiful individual who spread love and happiness to every person she met. She always shared her infectious smile with those in her presence.
