The international storytelling hit Mortified is coming to the Dairy Arts Center with a very special ‘Coming Out’ Edition on Oct. 14. As seen on Prime Video and hailed for years by This American Life, Mortified stars adults sharing their most angst-ridden teenage diaries, artwork, and more — in front of total strangers. At this special event, Colorado Public Radio Host Ryan Warner will be decoding journal entries that he wrote in a full-fledged secret alphabet as a closeted teenager.
As always, Mortified Colorado features a different local nonprofit at every show, and this time it’s Camp Indigo. There’s also a house cover band, The Hot Lunch, that dishes up old school favorites throughout the event. It’s a fun night out for a great cause, every time.
