LongmontLeader received the following newsletter from Boulder County about the LoBo Trail Jay Road Connections Project:

Thank you for your interest in the LoBo Trail-Jay Road Connections Project. Newly available information has been added to the project webpage, including:
- Connections Study Final Report, which details why and how the preferred alignments were chosen
- Connections Conceptual Design, which is the first phase in the design process and shows the conceptual design of the two preferred alignments
Boulder County Public Works staff had hoped to present this information at a public open house this spring, but the meeting was canceled due to concerns about the potential spread of the coronavirus.
This project is now being managed by Tonya Luebbert who is the regional trails planner with the county’s Community Planning and Permitting Department. Designs are in the early stages of development. We welcome public feedback via email at [email protected]. If possible, we will present updated designs, when available, at a future open house. Anticipated construction dates for this project will be determined after the design process is completed.
