Two new directors named to Mental Health Partners board

New directors are leaders in physical health and information technology fields

Mental Health Partners has elected two new people to its board of directors.

MHP is the community mental health center serving Longmont and surrounding areas. Mary Tracy Mock and Carolyn Terry have been elected to MHP’s board of directors, joining five returning directors.

The board oversees the organization’s long-term strategy with a focus on improving client care and ensuring financial stability.

“As we continue to innovate in the space of whole-person care and create a digital bridge to health, we are thrilled to be adding leaders in the fields of physical health and information technology onto our board," Co-CEO Jennifer Leosz said in a release.

Mock brings over 35 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry and serves on MHP’s Board of Directors Advocacy Committee as Chair. In her current role as principal at MTM Value Based Care Strategies and Solutions, Mock has helped implement solutions for clients such as Peak Med Direct Primary Care, Friday Health Plans, Front Range Orthopedics and Spine Practice and Ambulatory Surgery Center.

"I joined the MHP Board to give back to the community in which I have spent most of my life, while accelerating equitable access to much-needed mental and behavioral health services and advancing whole person health," Mock said.

Terry is an executive director of engineering with decades of professional experience in the telecommunications and cable industry, and she serves on MHP’s Enterprise Risk Management Committee.

“As a Board Member, I look forward to utilizing my skills to support MHP’s mission of providing access to mental health and substance use care that leads to more fulfilling, thriving lives, families and communities,” Terry said.
