Adjusted Waste Collection Schedule
Longmont Waste Services will conduct waste collections only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during Thanksgiving week.
There will be no collections on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, or the day after, November 29.
To ensure their waste is collected, residents must place their carts out one day before their usual pickup day.
All bins should remain in place until crews have completed their collections, as times may vary due to the schedule changes.
Detailed Collection Timetable
For areas with regular Monday collection, residents should place their bins out before 7 a.m. on Monday, November 25.
Waste in these areas will be collected by the end of the day on Monday.
For Tuesday collection areas, bins should be set out before 7 a.m. on Monday, November 25.
Crews will collect these bins by the end of Tuesday, November 26.
For areas with regular Wednesday collection, bins must be at the curb by 7 a.m. on Tuesday, November 26.
Waste in these areas will be picked up by the end of Wednesday, November 27.
Holiday Changes for Thursday Areas
For residents in Thursday collection areas, service will take place on Wednesday, November 27.
Bins must be placed at the curb no later than 7 a.m. to ensure they are included in the day’s pickup schedule.
All waste from Thursday areas will be collected by the end of the day on Wednesday, November 27.
Residents should leave their carts out until they are collected, even if pickup occurs later than expected.
