The City of Longmont Planning & Development Services Department has released the month-end report for September 2017. A total number of 288 permits were issued:
- 27 residential new single-family detached
- 0 residential new single family attached (TH)
- 0 residential new multifamily
- 0 residential new condos
- 2 residential new other (ACDU)
- 36 residential remodel/addition
- 170 other residential permits
- 2 municipal other
- 0 commercial new
- 12 commercial remodel/addition
- 23 commercial other
- 16 other permits
The Planning & Services Department also permitted 26 new dwelling units.
Compared to last year, September 2016 saw 379 total permits issued:
- 6 residential new single-family detached
- 20 residential new single-family attached (TH)
- 13 residential new multi-family
- 0 residential new condos
- 0 residential new other (ACDU)
- 22 residential remodel/addition
- 246 other residential permits
- 0 municipal new
- 1 municipal remodel/addition
- 0 municipal other
- 4 commercial new
- 6 commercial remodel/addition
- 63 commercial other
- 8 other permits
