Assault

On Thursday, May 11, 2017, at 2:18am, Longmont Police investigated an assault in the 300 block of Main Street, Longmont. The case was closed.

Sex Assault

On Thursday, May 11, 2017, officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1400 block of S Collyer St reference a sex assault. An interview was conducted. The case is still under investigation.

Warrant Arrest

On Thursday, May 11, 2017 at approximately 11:25am, Officer's responded to the 200 block of Collyer St. An arrest was made, this case is closed.

On Thursday, May 11, 2017, officers responded to 1st Ave and Main St to locate an adult male with an outstanding warrant. The male was found and transported to Boulder County Jail. Case is cleared by arrest.

On Wednesday, May 10, 2017, Police located an adult male with active warrants on the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd, Longmont, CO. The male fled on foot but was safely taken into custody by a Police K-9. The male was found to be in possession of a loaded gun and was taken to jail.

Drunk

On Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at approximately 12:30am, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Stuart St. Longmont, CO, in reference to a disturbance. Upon further investigation, one adult male was arrested on violation of bond conditions. Case cleared by arrest.

Suicide Attempt

On Thursday, May 11 2017, Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Longs Peak Ave in reference to a suicidal party. A 46 year old male was reported to have attempted suicide in an unknown apartment. Officers were unable to locate the male. Information suggests the male left the scene prior to officers arrival. The case is closed.

Domestic Incident

On Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at approximately 4am, Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of East 8th Ave. in reference to a 911 hangup call.  Upon further investigation, one adult male was arrested on felony assault charges and domestic violence. Case cleared by arrest.

On Wednesday, May 10, 2017, Longmont Police responded to the 2000 block of McCall Pl on the report of a domestic. An adult male and female were contacted. The male was arrested on a warrant and the female was arrested on domestic violence charges. This case is cleared by arrest.

Assistance

On Wednesday, May 10, 2017, the Longmont Police Department was called to assist the Louisville Police Department regarding a mental health hold on a juvenile female. The female was located in the 2200 block of Main St., taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Louisville Police Department.

Protection Order

On Wednesday, May 10, 2017, Longmont Police responded to the 1600 block of Main St on the report of a domestic. An adult male and female were contacted. The female was placed under arrest for several charges including violation of protection order as well as several warrants. This case is cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Thursday May 11, 2017 at approximately 1:06am, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Longs Peak Ave and Sunset St. An adult female was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and was transported to the Longmont Police Department.

Vicious Dog

On Tuesday May 9, 2017 at approximately 2:00 am Officers were called to the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave on a report of a dog bite. After arrival Officers contacted an adult female who was bitten on the thigh. Information for a report was taken. Case is open.

Trespassing

A Longmont resident reported items were stolen from his unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the 600 of S. Main Street. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

Harassment

On May 11, 2017 the Longmont Police Department investigated a Harassment complaint. This report is for information only.
