WARRANT ARREST
On Monday, 07/31/17 Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 200 Block of Kimbark Street for an attempt to locate. Suspect had an arrest warrant out of Longmont Municipal Court. Subject was arrested and bonded out on warrant. Case cleared by arrest.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On July 31, 2017 an incident of vandalism was reported from a construction site located in the 2200 block of Spotswood St. There are no workable leads or suspect information. Case closed.
THEFT
On Monday 07/31/17 at approximately 1430 hours police were dispatched to a theft that occured on the 1100 block of E 17th Ave. The case is currently open.

On July 31, 2017 a theft report was taken from the 900 block of S Bowen St. There are no workable leads or suspect information. Case closed.
ASSAULT
On Thursday, 07/26/2017, at 1134 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to investigate an assault that occurred in the 800 block of Baker Street. An investigation was conducted which showed insufficient evidence. case closed.
DISTURBANCE
On Sunday, July 30th, 2017, Longmont Officers responded to the 1400 block of Terry on a disturbance. A report was taken. Case closed
ANIMAL COMPLAINT
A Longmont woman was approached by a loose dog. The dog was contained by the owner and the owner was issued a summons.
ARSON
On 07/30/2017 at about 5:30 PM the Longmont Department of Public Safety staff responded to several fires along the St Vrain Creek between Hover St and S. Martin St in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder and State of Colorado. There was some property damage as a result of the fires. Case referred to Longmont Fire Investigator for further investigation. Case open.
SHOPLIFT
On 7-30-17 at 2147 hrs., an officer responded to a business in the 500 block of S Hover rd on a call of an adult female theft suspect in the loss prevention office. The female admitted trying to steal over $300 in cosmetics. She was issued a summons and released. Cleared by arrest (summons).
HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT
On July 30th at 2159 hours, Officers were dispatched to the area of 3rd Ave and Sunset St. on report of a hit and run accident. An unknown person in a truck hit a fence and a stop sign and left the scene. Case closed due to a lack of investigative leads.
SUSPICIOUS SITUATION
On 7/31/17, officers responded to a suspicious situation at McLane's, 2100 SH119. A report was completed for informational purposes. This case is closed.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Monday, July 31, 2017 Longmont Police took a report of first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 2700 block of Westlake Ct. No suspect identified. Case closed.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Monday, 31 July 2017 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to 4700 block of Portofino Drive, Longmont CO in response to a domestic incident. Both parties involved were contacted however due to the lack of probable cause no arrests were made. Case is closed.
THEFT
On Monday, July 31, 2017 Longmont Police took a report of a stolen bicycle in the 600 block of Main St. This report is information only . Case closed.
THEFT
An employee of a Longmont business located in the 300 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. reported a theft of merchandise. The case status is open and has been forwarded for follow up.
WARRANT ARREST
On 7-31-17, Officers from the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1800 block of Industrial Circle in reference to a party with and active warrant. A 29 year old male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail. The case is cleared by arrest.
FRAUD
On Monday, July 31, 2017 Longmont Police received information of a possible fraud in the 1000 blk of Ken Pratt Blvd. Information was collected and forwarded to investigations to follow-up. Case is open under investigation.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Monday, July 31, 2017, at approximately 1710 hours, officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Sunset Street on a verbal disturbance between a male and female. No crime occurred and a report was taken to document the incident. The case is closed.
AUTO THEFT
On 07/31/2017 at about 1713 hours the Longmont Police Department received a report of a stolen vehicle from the 1300 block of Dry Creek Dr. The vehicle was entered into the appropriate databases as stolen. Case closed.
THEFT
On 07/31/2017, Longmont officers took a theft report of a stolen license plate from the 1100 blk of E 17th Ave. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.
DEATH INVESTIGATION
On Monday, July 31, 2017, at approximately 1953 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of 24th Avenue on an elderly female that was not breathing. The female was a cancer patient with a do not resuscitate order in place. The case is closed.
DISTURBANCE
On Monday, July 31, 2017 at about 2008 hours Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1900 block of Mountain View Avenue on a report of a 2 vehicle accident and the drivers were fighting. Upon arrival Officers issued a summons to an adult male for harassment and the 2nd adult male was cited for unsafe backing. Case cleared-summons' issued.
MENACING
On July 30, 2017, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 400 block of Lashley Street on a menacing. There are no charges at this time. This case is closed.
