The Emergency Pet Clinic of Longmont opened its doors for service on February 24. The emergency veterinary clinic will now be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and provides services like check ups as well as emergency care.
According to the Emergency Pet Clinic of Longmont’s website, the clinic’s veterinarians are specially trained to provide care for pets in emergency-situations. The veterinarians working at the emergency care facility have been providing services for companion animals in Longmont and the surrounding area since 1987.
A main principle of the clinic is to keep costs as low as possible for its services. The facility also offers financing to help alleviate stress that comes with a pet health emergency.
The Emergency Pet Clinic of Longmont does not require appointments for medical emergencies or check ups.
The City of Longmont held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the clinic at 4 p.m. on February 24 at the facility, located on 1517 Main Street.
