The Museum of Boulder will host a fundraiser dinner on April 27 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Hotel Boulderado to support its upcoming exhibit, Boulder Eats! Food Traditions Along the Front Range. The dinner will take attendees on an “exclusive culinary journey through the rich history of the Hotel Boulderado,” and guests will be offered cocktails, appetizers, and a multi-course meal featuring “different bites of history from various periods, including a nod to Boulderado’s Asian restaurant roots.”
Tickets to the dinner cost $268 and should be purchased online before the event. All proceeds from the dinner will support the museum’s upcoming exhibit, which “focuses on food traditions along the Front Range, with a special emphasis on our community’s restaurants, farms, and kitchens.”
The Boulder Eats! exhibit is scheduled to run from November 14 through July 26, 2026, and will feature more than 300 objects from the museum’s permanent collection. The exhibit explores how Boulder’s history has been shaped by farms and gardens, technological evolution in local kitchens, the rise of natural food businesses, and the diverse cultural stories shared around dinner tables — both at home and in local restaurants.
The exhibit will also include programs like cooking classes, demonstrations, nutrition workshops and more.
