Police report for May 30, 2020

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday 05/30/2020 at approximately 0050 hours police received a call for service in relation to a domestic incident that occurred in the 700 block Grandview Meadows Drive. Additional cold domestic incidents were also disclosed. An adult male was later arrested on domestic violence related charges.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 5/30/2020 Longmont PD received a call for service in the 2900 block of Breakwater Dr reference a vehicle break in. Information was developed and no suspects have been developed.

WARRANT ARREST

On 5/30/2020 Longmont PD conducted a person contact in the 2300 block of Main St. Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. One adult female was contacted and arrested.

WARRANT ARREST

On May 30, 2020, officers responded to the 1600 block of Main St. on a report between two adult males. An adult male was found to have a warrant and was arrested. The case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, May 29th, 2020, at approximately 0055 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department contacted a stolen vehicle in the 9800 block of N 119th St for a parks violation. An investigation was conducted. An adult female was arrested on outstanding warrants not related to the stolen vehicle. Case cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday May 29, 2020 Longmont officers responded to the 1700 block of Main St for a criminal trespass to a vehicle. Investigation is on going.

FRAUD

On 5-29-20 at 2341 hrs., staff at a hospital in the 1900 block of Mountain View reported a patient providing false information in an attempt to obtain narcotics.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On Saturday, May 30, 2020, officers were dispatched to report of a hit and run accident near Budd Ct and S Pratt Pkwy. The case is closed.

MISSING PERSON

On Saturday, 05-30-2020, Longmont Police investigated a missing juvenile male that was later located safe. Upon interviewing the juvenile an abuse allegation was made. The adult female parent claimed that the child assaulted her and she did not assault him. There is no probable cause for charges for either side and this report will be forwarded to the department of Housing and human Services for follow up with the family.

LITTERING

On 5/30/2020 Officers took a report of unlawful littering and dumping on the 400 block of Weaver Park Road. No suspects have been identified.

THEFT

On Saturday, May 30, 2020, Longmont Police Officer's were dispatched me to a theft, located at the 2400 block of Main St. A suspect has not been identified at this time.

MENACING

On Saturday, May 30, 2020, at approximately 1450 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Cumberland Dr., on a report of a disturbance. A report was taken for criminal mischief and menacing.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, 05/30/2020, Longmont Police Officers reponded to the area of 11th ave and Hover St in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. An adult male and and an adult female were contacted. The male was later arrested for domestic violence.

Police report for May 31,2020

AUTO THEFT

On 05/31/2020 Longmont Police responded to a business in the 100 block of 3rd Ave. in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado in reference to a stolen vehicle. Police collected the available information and a report was taken.

AUTO THEFT

On 053120, a Longmont resident report her vehicle was stolen from her driveway in the 1200 block of Grouse Ct. A report was taken.

GRAFFITI

On May 31, 2020, the Longmont Police Department took a report of graffiti in the area of E. Mountain View Avenue and Lashley Street. The identity of the suspect(s) is unknown at this time.

AUTO THEFT

On Sunday, May 31th, 2020, at approximately 1538 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department located a stolen vehicle out of the Louisville Police Department in the 300 block of E 17th Ave. The stolen vehicle was recovered and an investigation was conducted. Case open.

GRAFFITI

On May 31, 2020, the Longmont Police Department took a report of graffiti in the area of E. Mountain View Avenue and Lashley Street. The identity of the suspect(s) is unknown at this time.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On May 31, 2020, the Longmont Police Department investigated a domestic violence-related incident in the 2300 block of Emery Street. This case is open.

FRAUD

On 5/31/2020 Longmont PD received a call for service via phone reference a fraud in the 400 block of Barnard Ct Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. Information was gathered and a suspect was developed.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

On Sunday May 31, 2020 Longmont officers responded to the 1200 block of Tulip St on a call of a vicious dog.

SEX ASSAULT

On May 29, 2020 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2000 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd on the report of a sex assault. A juvenile male reported unwanted sexual contact from another juvenile male. Case has been referred to detective division for followup.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 05/29/2020 Longmont Police responded to the 1100 block of Judson on a disturbance between an adult male and adult female. at the end of the investigation and adult female was arrested and taken to the Boulder County Jail.

WELFARE CHECK

On 05/30/2020, Longmont Police Officers responded to a welfare check in the area of E Ken Pratt Blvd and Fairfiew St. An adult male was contacted and taken to the hospital to be evaluated.

AUTO THEFT

On May 30, 2020 Longmont Police took a report of a motor vehicle theft in the 2500 block of Falcon Drive. There are no suspects or workable leads.

DISTURBANCE

On 05/30/20 an adult male reported that he was pushed by an adult female neighbor in the 2500 block of Sunset Dr. The adult female denied that she pushed the male.

AUTO THEFT

On Sunday May 31, 2020 at approximately 0730 hours an officer took a report of a stolen vehicle from the 3000 block of 17th Ave. The vehicle was left unlocked with a spare set of keys in it.

THEFT

On 05/31/2020, Longmont Police responded to the report of a theft to be handled by phone which occurred in the 600 block of Olympia Ave. An adult female was exploited for money by a related adult female. Investigation continues on the case.
