Five years ago I entered Longmont's art scene. To honor the hundreds of folks I've met along the way I am hiring a band and scheduling a party. May 14th is the exact date from 5 years ago that I followed the music to Grossenbart Brewery and never left. Mark your calendars so that you can give your condolences to Taylor for tolerating the artist, the ideas, and the art that came out of it. Prost!
One Thing, and Then Another, Grover Cleveland & Art Attack/Art Sparks Open

In “One Thing and Then Another” the Firehouse presents four painters addressing the gray spaces between ideas and reality. While looking at the world around us, we see one thing, and then another.
The FIrehouse Art Center presents a tongue-in cheek homage to one of “America’s Most Okayest Presidents.” Featuring educational tidbits and contributed work from Longmont and beyond.

Free parking at Calvary Bible Church - County Line Rd. & Evans St. Hot Air Balloon Launch May 14, 15, 16 - estimated time 6:30 am - located at CR 5 & Erie Parkway directly west of Erie High School
Event will follow Weld County Guidelines. Please keep 6 feet social distancing when possible. Hand sanitizers & masks are available through the Fair.

GREAT NEWS!!! the LHS Ed Foundation/LHS Booster Club sponsored Senior Car Parade has been approved by the city!!! Sunday, May 16th at 3pm (cars begin to gather at LHS around 2-2:30pm) TELL EVERYONE! We wanted to make sure our parade didn't conflict with any school sports or activities and figured it would be the perfect way to close out "Senior Weekend" We hope you can either participate in the parade as a senior or can come out and support our seniors!!!!
