The Longmont Farmers Market will return for the 2025 season this Saturday at the Boulder County Fairgrounds. The market will run from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday from April 5 through November 15, rain or shine.

This season, more than 100 vendors will take part in the markets. Around 70 vendors will participate every week and more than 30 will participate as “guest vendors,” participating in the market around five times per season. Vendors will sell fresh, seasonal vegetables and fruits, dairy products, and Colorado-raised meats.

The Longmont Farmers Market is put on by Boulder County Farmers Markets, a nonprofit that also manages the Boulder Farmers Market and Longmont’s Winter Market. The nonprofit’s goal is to support local agriculture, provide equitable food access, and support local farmers through advocacy, hosting seasonal markets, and by servicing a year-round online marketplace.

The Longmont Farmers Market (and other markets put on by Boulder County Farmers Markets) is a producer-only market. “Each and every farmer here grows their own produce and raises their own animals,” according to the Boulder County Farmers Markets website. “Beyond that, each of our producers and prepared food vendors craft their food locally, source ingredients locally when possible, and call Colorado home.”

The Longmont Farmers Market will also host local musicians weekly who will play while visitors shop at the market and on the fourth Saturday of every month, it will host local artisans at the market for “the ultimate local shopping experience.” Vendors will sell items including artisanal body care products, handmade clothing, jewelry, and more.

There is free parking available on site at the market. The market accepts SNAP (EBT) and WIC to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables. Pets are not allowed at the market unless they are service animals.
