Longmont City Council will be holding an Executive session today at 5 pm and continuing once the city council study session has finished tonight.
According to council communication, the city manager and the city attorney requested the executive session to discuss "(1) Top Operating Co. master contract and associated operational and regulatory issues; (2) City’s mineral and other property interests related to oil and gas development; and (3) rates and charges for public use areas at Vance Brand Airport."
Executive sessions are not open to the public and the topics discussed are limited to Colorado's Open Meetings Law. No formal action may take place during these meetings.
