On Tuesday night, Longmont City Council unanimously approved to pass ordinance O-2018-13 which appropriates an additional $683,318 in six funds.
$261,440 will go towards the general fund, $50,000 towards the art in public places fund, $250,000 to the street fund, $96,210 to the youth services fund, $2,600 to the parks grants and donations fund, and $23,068 towards the public safety fund. All expenses have an offsetting revenue source such as donations, fees, or grants.
The additional appropriations bring the current total 2018 budget to $321,889,411.
