Touring the Winter Market you may have discovered:

Hazel Dell Mushrooms had samples of Mira's mushrooms, sautéed with various vegetables from the many area organic farms represented here at the Winter Market.

At Olin Farms stand, Mark Gutterage shared that micro greens, picked when the first leaf shows itself, have five to ten times more nutritional value than their full grown versions.

Over at Aspen Moon Gardens they are awash with squash of all kinds and colors, and young Zinnia at the cash register will very carefully count your change under the watchful eye of Hannah.

At Ela Family Farm, Isaet, Jeni and Brynn were happy to help you pick out some jam or fruit butter that they made from their organic fruit trees. The farm has fruit trees that date back to 1907.

Over at Gayle's Salts, Gayle and Julia told about the long and happy quest to make Gayle's perfect Organic Herb Salt.

At The Inglorious Monk, Nancy has Whoopie everthing: pies, bites, and cakes.

And the list of wonderful, cool and edible stuff went on and on.
