On Tuesday, March 27, the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce (LACC) welcomed Quarters Bar+Arcade to the area with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Owners Luke and Emily Kunselman were on hand for the ribbon cutting and Luke gave a brief speech about how Quarters operates for those who have never been there. "We are a full bar and retro arcade. We have twenty taps. They are all self-serve. No bartenders required; you serve yourself. We have 15 beers, three ciders and two wines. We have two Skee-Ball lanes and pinballs, claw machine and twelve arcade games. It is something fun to do while you drink. Bring the kids during regular hours," he said.

Children are not allowed in after 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturdays.

The system works on a wrist band that keeps detail information of your transactions while at Quarters. Patrons can drink and play games using the bands. Kunselman said, "If you are not 21, then you cannot have one of the wrist bands. We also partnered with Mama Mead's Pizzeria for delivery to our space."

Kevin Puckett of LACC Board of Directors, presented a plaque on behalf of 780 Chamber members to Veer and team, to commemorate the event.
