With Longmont Restaurant Week starting this Friday, April 20th, the Longmont Observer will be publishing previews of the $18.71 menu.
Dan Lance, owner of Jefe's in Longmont, invited the Longmont Observer to preview the menu as well as answer a few questions.
Why did you choose the items on the menu for Longmont Restaurant Week?
The burrito is a standard item for us and we wanted to smother it in three sauces, which gives people the chance to taste all of the sauces we have. And, its a good hearty portion.
