Noodles Express, which opened in 2020 at 703 S. Colorado Blvd., made its mark by offering authentic Szechuan dishes that quickly won over Denver diners.
Ranked No. 34, it’s especially popular for dishes like eggplant and pork in garlic sauce, which showcase the bold flavors of the Szechuan province.
Despite challenges, including redevelopment plans that threatened its location, Noodles Express has proven resilient, continuing to attract patrons with its commitment to serving high-quality, flavorful food.
