Investigators are trying to figure out what happened before this early-morning incident.

Witness Describes Chaotic Scene

A witness who was present at LaborMax Staffing during the murder, Kevin Delgado, recounted his traumatic experience.

Delgado claims that behind the counter at the hiring agency, a man and a woman got into a furious disagreement starting the incident.

According to reports, the dispute centered on a job ticket, which is a standard component of LaborMax Staffing's everyday operations.

Sudden violence ensued during the argument.

Delgado said he heard ten gunshots and described the mayhem as people sought cover.

He instantly called 911 after seeing several people injured by gunfire.

In addition to providing assistance to some of the injured, he also demonstrated rapid thinking by applying pressure to their wounds until paramedics arrived.

Delgado said the scenario was "terrifying," pointing out that many people visiting the hiring agency are just looking for an opportunity to start over.

The Denver Police Department has secured the area as an active crime scene.

The parking lot outside LaborMax Staffing and the adjacent Arc Thrift Store have been taped off, with officers gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
