Ice Castles, a popular winter attraction known for its stunning ice sculptures and enchanting atmosphere, will be returning to Colorado this month.

The magical wonderland will open two locations in Cripple Creek and Eagle, bringing a fairytale-like experience to visitors before Christmas.

Opening Locations and Dates

Ice Castles will open in Cripple Creek and Eagle, Colorado, on December 19.

Both locations are expected to stay open until February 23, depending on the weather.

In Cripple Creek, visitors can look forward to slides, towers, tunnels, and frozen archways that light up with colorful lights.

The Eagle location will offer a similar experience, providing guests with the opportunity to explore an ice kingdom that feels like stepping into a winter wonderland.

Both sites aim to create memorable experiences for families and friends during the festive season.

Winter Wonderland Experience

Visitors to Ice Castles can expect to be wowed by the illuminated ice slides, towering structures, and intricate frozen archways.

The attraction is set to include music and colorful lights, enhancing the magical atmosphere and making it a perfect spot for photos and family fun.

In Cripple Creek, the Ice Festival in mid-February adds to the winter experience, offering additional activities and events that celebrate the season.

This pairing of Ice Castles with the Ice Festival makes it a unique destination where guests can enjoy the best of Colorado’s winter season.
