February 5, 1944 - April 19, 2024

Mona Glee Rosenburg joined the Lord on April 19, 2024 at her home in Loveland, CO.  Mona was born February 5, 1944 in Greeley, CO to Guy and Ruby Clark.  She had six brothers and five sisters.  She was preceded in death by both parents and by all of her sisters, Lenora, June, Naomi, Nancy, and Alberta, and by two of her brothers, Jim and Fred.  She is survived by 4 brothers, Leon, Jerry, Noris, and Marvin.

Mona married John Richard Rosenburg on November 11, 1962 in Berthoud, CO, and had 3 children.  Mona was preceded in death by her husband John, and daughter Susan.  She is survived by her daughter Pamela Unfred and son Eric (Sarah) Rosenburg.  She is also survived by three grandchildren, Johnathan Rosenburg, Kyle Unfred, and Hallie (Cody) Louder, along with two twin great-grandsons, Tucker and Tyler who she affectionately referred to as T&T.

She began working at Hewlett-Packard when the plant first opened in Loveland and worked in high-tech for several decades before retiring from Advanced Energy in 2001.   She and John operated several small home businesses throughout their 60 years together, including fur trapping, printed-circuit board assembly, foot reflexology, and nematode analysis.

Her favorite things in life were spending time with family, gardening, and cooking/baking.  Later in life Mona enjoyed many spirited games of cribbage with her children and grandchildren where she became known as the family Cribbage Master.  After her husband John passed in 2021, she enjoyed watching Hallmark Channel movies, where she would quip about the ending always being the same.  She had a wonderful sense of humor, quick wit, and was loved by many.  Mona was very much an American Patriot which makes it fitting that she passed on the anniversary of Lexington and Concord.  Her humble nature and wholesome lifestyle will forever be admired and missed by family and friends.

Services will be held on May 4th at 1pm at Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home in Loveland.
